1. Registration Method

Register as a member at any ROBOKIX offline store or through the official WeChat account to access real-time membership information.

2. Membership Upgrade

R1: VIP (¥0 spent)

R2: Silver VIP (¥1,000 spent) → 5% off regular items

R3: Gold VIP (¥2,000 spent) → 10% off regular items

R4: Diamond VIP (¥3,000 spent) → 12% off regular items

Notes:

No expiration for membership

"Total spending" includes actual payment (excluding coupon discounts)

Upgrades take effect immediately upon reaching thresholds

Regular items: Sold at tag price

Discounted items: Sold below 20% off (e.g. "Fixed price" or "SALE")

3. Membership Tier Maintenance

Annual review every 365 days:

Maintain current tier if spending meets requirements

Downgrade one level if spending falls below requirements

4. Point Benefits

4.1 Earn 1 point per ¥1 spent (via cash/card/approved e-payment)

7. Membership Card Usage

The membership card is strictly for the applicant's personal use only. Membership privileges and accumulated points are non-transferable, non-loanable, and cannot be used as collateral. Members shall bear full responsibility for any violations, including but not limited to point adjustments or account restrictions.

At checkout, members must proactively provide their membership number or registered mobile number. Should any registered information change, members must update their details via the official WeChat account and are solely responsible for the accuracy of provided information.

Birthdate information cannot be modified online. For birthdate corrections, members must present original ID documentation at physical stores for staff assistance. Each member is permitted only one birthdate modification assisted by staff.

Important Notices:

Points and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or used to obtain change.

Products purchased with coupons are ineligible for official receipts/invoices.

ROBOKIX reserves the right to periodically amend this Membership Charter. Any revisions will be communicated through:
